Urban Homeworks has been involved with over 10,000 volunteers since our inception in 1995. Thousands of volunteer labor hours have gone into improving some of our roughest neighborhoods. Urban Homeworks wants to take individuals, churches, colleges, and businesses and other groups to a deeper level of understanding and commitment to improving our neighborhoods and the lives of people living there. We want to see individuals and groups involved in our city neighborhoods and growing in their understanding of the creative ways that Urban Homeworks is addressing some of the big issues that our families and neighbors deal with on a regular basis. Please contact us to get on board and to get involved in a very local and very relevant movement to change communities and lives. |
