Cedar28: 2750 Cedar Avenue South

This 15 unit building has been built in the Phillips Neighborhood in South Minneapolis. Thanks to our partnership with the City of Lakes Community Land Trust and funding from the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, Hennepin County and the City of Minneapolis we are able to subsidize the price for five buyers. This means that five of the condos will remain affordable for future buyers.
